Planning, structure and building control
Planning decisions are made by the local planning authority. Design or application support cannot guarantee approval. Requirements depend on your property, location and proposed work.
Planning drawings are not a structural design or a complete building regulations or construction package. Structural calculations, surveys, specialist engineering and building-control services may require separately appointed qualified specialists. The scope and any additional appointments will be set out in your proposal.
